Our standard Rates are as follows:

• 2-night minimum. Max of 8 guests
• We offer a boathouse and swimming dock, with the Lakehouse
• Boat slip rental available for your boat or personal watercraft
• No parties/gatherings or events
• No smoking in house or gazebo
• Unruly Adults and Children will be used as Bait!
• Some Kinda Lakehouse is a unique and fun spot on Lake Hawkins
• Message us on Facebook for available dates and weekly and Holiday Rates
